Shubhika Davda Residence

Shubhika Davda’s Residency is a lovely 3,000 square foot 3Bhk house located on the highest plot of Malabar hill in Mumbai. It has breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea on one side and the Parsi Tower of Silence on the other. As soon as we saw the space we knew we have to maintain the old charm of this space yet represent its modern inhabitants. That was achieved by maintaining the backdrop of the house in plain white. The wall finishes and fixed furniture pieces were in all white - highlighted only through textures, forms, levels, carvings, moldings and self prints. To represent the personality of the women in the house, we brought in bright and bold colors and patterns through the upholstery, furniture and art.
